Breathwork for Emotional Release

A guided practice to help you release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and restore emotional balance. This deeply supportive session can reduce stress, ease emotional overwhelm, and promote a sense of calm and clarity. The 60-minute session will include a short introduction, gentle somatic awareness, and a fully guided breathwork practice designed to support emotional release and presence.
Not suitable for anyone under 18, pregnant people, or individuals with certain respiratory or cardiovascular conditions without medical consultation.
Come in layers to stay warm and comfortable. Extra socks, a shawl, or something cosy can help you feel at ease. I provide a mat, cushion, and blanket, but sometimes having your own blanket, pillow, or eye-covering brings a little extra comfort and familiarity.
A water bottle is handy to stay hydrated, and you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. These simple details help create a held, nurturing space where your body can soften, your breath can flow, and you can rest, release, and be fully present.
About your instructor:
Trish Phillips is a breathwork facilitator, artist and educator with over two decades of experience holding space. Trained in trauma-informed practices through The Whole Health Project and certified as a breathwork facilitator with Josh Connolly, she guides people back to their bodies, their breath, and their innate wisdom.
Trish’s work is rooted in lived experience, somatic practice, and the quiet power of presence. She creates safe, held spaces for emotional release, self-reflection, and reconnection, supporting those ready to feel deeply, let go, and come back to themselves.

Additional notes: Booking essential as places are capped at 20. Attendees will need to complete a registration form. If you book this class, you agree that the organisers can pass your contact details to the facilitator who will send you a form to complete and bring to the class with you.
