Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls

Sound Bath

Join Kat Delaney for a dreamy sound bath. Attendees will travel with alchemy crystal bowls, drum and chime. Sound baths promote deep rest and connection to the body, allowing stuck energy to move and the body to recalibrate.

The session begins with gentle breath and awareness practices and is ideal for busy people who struggle to find peace and quiet. A perfect end/start to the week.
