Yoga nidra – the yoga of sleep – is a deeply relaxing practice for the mind, body and emotions. It has scientifically proven benefits that include improving sleep quality, reducing stress and anxiety, can relieve chronic pain and can improve emotional wellbeing. The 60-minute session will include a short introduction, some gentle movement and the effortless practice of yoga nidra – a fully guided meditation.
Bring any blankets, cushions and pillows so that you feel warm and cosy. You may like to bring your own mat and eye pillow.

About your instructor:
Emma Gwillim is a Yoga Alliance-accredited Senior Yoga Teacher and Coach who holds a specialist trauma-informed certification. She is passionate about helping people to develop a rich awareness of the felt sense and empowering them with practices to build a resilient nervous system.
Emma is trained in multiple styles of yoga, as well as therapeutic yoga for trauma. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and coach.
